Currently serving as Director of Operations at Oben PM, Sarah oversees operational strategy, system standardization, and team performance, ensuring consistent excellence across diverse properties. She has a proven record of implementing SOPs, driving operational efficiency, and optimizing resident and tenant experiences.
With a strong background in property management, project execution, and regulatory compliance, Sarah has successfully led lease-ups, stabilized post-construction operations, and developed comprehensive operational frameworks for new developments. She is highly skilled in P&L management, preventive maintenance programs, change management, and process optimization, with a track record of improving operational performance and team effectiveness.
Sarah began her career in multi-residential operations over 19 years ago, progressively advancing through roles in site and regional management. She has directed large-scale portfolio launches, overseen multimillion-dollar renovations, and established systems that scale across multiple properties. Sarah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, along with a Certificate of Accreditation from the Institute of Housing Management in Toronto.
